What we build

Three pillars, one team. Most projects touch more than one — an automation usually needs an integration, and an agent usually needs an interface.

AI-Native Web Development

Production web applications delivered end to end — requirements through deployment.

End-to-End Web App Development
From requirements to a deployed, monitored production app.
  • Requirements and technical scoping
  • Database design and API architecture
  • Responsive front end
  • Authentication, roles and permissions
  • Automated tests and manual QA
  • Deployment, monitoring and handover
MVP Builds for Startups
A production-ready MVP you can put in front of real users and investors.
  • Scope trimmed to what proves the idea
  • Clean foundations you can build on, not a throwaway prototype
  • Payments and onboarding where needed
  • Analytics wired in from day one
Website Modernization
Legacy PHP and jQuery sites rebuilt on a modern stack, without losing what works.
  • Audit of the existing codebase and data
  • Incremental migration where a rewrite is too risky
  • Performance and Core Web Vitals work
  • Accessibility and mobile fixes
  • SEO preserved through redirects and canonicals
E-commerce Builds
Storefronts, checkout flows and payment integrations that hold up under load.
  • Custom storefronts or Shopify and WooCommerce work
  • Checkout and payment gateway integration
  • Inventory and catalogue synchronisation
  • Order and fulfilment automation

AI Solutions & Agentic Systems

Autonomous agents and enterprise AI grounded in your own data.

Agentic Systems
Agents that plan, call tools, browse and complete multi-step work on their own.
  • Tool and function calling against your systems
  • Multi-step planning with retries and fallbacks
  • Human approval gates on consequential actions
  • Full run logging so you can audit what happened
RAG & Enterprise AI
Source-cited answers over your private documents using vector search and re-ranking.
  • Document ingestion and chunking
  • Vector database setup (pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant)
  • Hybrid keyword and semantic search with re-ranking
  • Citations back to the source document
  • Access control so people only retrieve what they may see
AI Workflow Automation
Repetitive business processes handed over to software that does not get bored.
  • Process mapping before any code is written
  • Document and email parsing
  • Data entry, enrichment and reconciliation
  • Scheduled runs with failure alerting
Custom AI Assistants
Domain-specific copilots trained on how your team actually works.
  • Grounded in your documentation and data
  • Chat, web widget or internal tool integration
  • Guardrails and refusal behaviour you define
  • Usage analytics and cost controls

Integrations & Ongoing Support

Connecting your stack, and keeping it running once it ships.

API Integrations
Stripe, HubSpot, Shopify, internal APIs — whatever your stack needs to talk to.
  • Two-way sync with conflict handling
  • Webhook endpoints and event processing
  • Rate limiting, retries and backoff
  • Monitoring so silent failures do not stay silent
AI API Integration
Embedding modern models into products you already run.
  • Model selection for the job and the budget
  • Prompt and output validation
  • Streaming responses and graceful degradation
  • Token cost tracking
Maintenance & Support
Monthly retainers to keep systems updated, patched and improving.
  • Dependency and security updates
  • Uptime and error monitoring
  • Small feature work each month
  • A named engineer who knows your system
SLA-Backed Support
Guaranteed response times for business-critical systems.
  • Agreed response windows by severity
  • Escalation path with direct contact
  • Incident review after anything serious

What we don't do

We do not train foundation models, and we will tell you when a problem does not need AI at all. Plenty of "AI projects" are really a well-placed script and a clean database schema — we would rather build you the cheaper thing that works.
