We keep the team small.
Every person on a project is senior. That is not a cost-cutting measure — it is the reason the work moves quickly and the reason you can get a real answer to a technical question in one message rather than three meetings.
About
Osnic Technologies is a small, senior engineering studio. No account managers, no junior hand-offs, no layers between you and the people writing the code.
I have been taking computers apart since I was a kid — building PCs, breaking them, and working out what went wrong. That curiosity turned into a career, and in 2008 it turned into Osnic.
For most of those years the work looked like what everyone else was doing: custom web applications, e-commerce builds, integrations, long-running maintenance relationships. Solid work, delivered on time, for clients who mostly stayed for years.
What changed recently is not the ambition — it is what a small team can realistically deliver. The gap between what a four-person studio can ship and what a thirty-person agency can ship has narrowed dramatically. Osnic is built around that shift.
Every person on a project is senior. That is not a cost-cutting measure — it is the reason the work moves quickly and the reason you can get a real answer to a technical question in one message rather than three meetings.
Requirements, architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment and the maintenance afterwards. There is no seam where responsibility gets handed off and things quietly go wrong.
Nothing reaches your users because a tool said it was fine. An engineer reviews, tests and signs off on what ships.
Eighteen years across a lot of industries, with the most recent focus here:
If your problem sits outside those, it is still worth asking. Most of what we do transfers.
A small group of senior engineers, led by me. You will deal with me directly on scoping and on anything that matters — that is the whole point of keeping it this size.
