Software that thinks.Workflows that run themselves.

We build AI agents, workflow automation and API integrations for small and medium businesses — engineered end to end, from first conversation to production.

  • 18 years of engineering
  • Agentic AI
  • End-to-end delivery
  • Fast turnaround

Order desk agent

Running
  1. Email received

“Can you quote 40 units of SKU-2291, delivered by Friday?”

  2. Request understood

    • 40 units
    • SKU-2291
    • Due Friday
  3. Stock checked

38 in the main warehouse, 2 moved from the second site

  4. Quote drafted in the CRM

Pricing, delivery date and terms filled in

  5. Waiting for sign-off

Sent to sales for approval before anything goes out

Illustrative example: an order-handling agent with a human approval step.

Three pillars, one team.

Most projects touch more than one — an automation usually needs an integration, and an agent usually needs an interface.

Why teams pick us

Eighteen years in, the pitch is simple: senior people, one accountable team, and a founder who picks up the phone.

  1. A small senior team

No junior hand-offs and no layers of management to pay for. The people who scope your project are the people who build it.

  2. End-to-end ownership

Requirements, design, code, database, testing, deployment and maintenance. One team accountable for the whole thing.

  3. 18 years of shipping

Not a new studio learning on your budget. Nearly two decades of production systems across e-commerce, real estate, SaaS and CRM.

  4. Direct founder access

You talk to the person running the company. Questions get answered the same day, not routed through an account manager.

Where we have depth

Deepest experience in these four, though the engineering travels well.

E-commerce

Storefronts, checkout and the operational glue behind them.

  • Checkout and payment gateway integration
  • Inventory sync across channels
  • Automated product descriptions and catalogue enrichment
  • Abandoned cart and lifecycle automation

Real Estate

Listing platforms and the lead handling that decides who wins the deal.

  • Listing portals with search and map filtering
  • Lead capture, scoring and routing
  • CRM integration and follow-up automation
  • Document and contract processing

SaaS

From first MVP to the AI features your roadmap keeps postponing.

  • Multi-tenant application architecture
  • Subscription billing and usage metering
  • Admin dashboards and internal tooling
  • AI features added to an existing product

CRM

Custom systems, migrations, and getting your data to behave.

  • Custom CRM builds and legacy migrations
  • Deduplication and data cleanup
  • Workflow and pipeline automation
  • Reporting and forecasting dashboards
I have been building software for eighteen years. The tools changed completely in the last two — what a small team can deliver now is not what it was. Osnic exists to put that within reach of businesses that were priced out of custom software.

Common questions

How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope, so we do not publish price lists that would be wrong for your project. After a short call we send a written proposal with a fixed price and timeline for an agreed scope, so there are no hourly surprises. If the budget will not stretch to what you need, we will tell you that on the call rather than after you have paid for discovery.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused automation or integration is usually days rather than months. A full web application or MVP is longer, and we break it into milestones you sign off as we go, so you see working software early instead of waiting for a big reveal at the end.
What if I do not know exactly what I need?
That is normal and it is part of the job. Most clients arrive with a problem rather than a specification. We turn a rough idea into a written scope with user stories and acceptance criteria, and you approve that before any code is written.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do, completely, once the project is paid for. You get the repository, the deployment credentials and the documentation. We do not hold your systems hostage, and you are free to take the work to another team.
